5. Course Enrollment and Certificates

Course enrollment is subject to availability. Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements. BoulderFastering reserves the right to revoke certificates if course requirements were not genuinely met or if violations of these terms are discovered.

6. Payment Terms

All course fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. In case of payment disputes, please contact our support team. We accept multiple payment methods as displayed during checkout.

7. Termination of Services

BoulderFastering reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harass other users or instructors
• Attempt to hack or compromise the Platform

Upon termination, all access to courses and materials will be immediately revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

BoulderFastering is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or course progress due to technical failures
• Temporary unavailability of services
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Employment outcomes or career advancement

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved through negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
